For more than 150 years, the women of the house have handed down their recipes and kitchen secrets. A cuisine of the land, made from local produce, faithful to the spoken tradition handed down through the last five generations of the Auguy family — and where we take the time to cook.
Drawing on our past as restaurateurs, we offer you, in a setting unlike any other, a menu made solely of fresh, local produce — such as a cut of Aubrac beef, which you can pair with a regional wine or a fine vintage, to your taste.

Ici, le dîner n'est pas une sortie : c'est le début de votre soirée. Après le dernier verre, pas de route à redescendre dans la nuit — seulement l'escalier qui mène à votre chambre, le silence du plateau à 1 350 mètres, et le café qui vous attend au réveil.
C'est pourquoi notre table est réservée à ceux qui dorment sous notre toit : on ne vient pas y dîner, on y passe la soirée.

Here, dinner isn't an outing — it's the beginning of your evening. After the last glass, there's no road to drive back down in the dark: only the stairs up to your room, the silence of the plateau at 1,350 metres, and coffee waiting for you when you wake.
That is why our table is reserved for those who sleep under our roof: you don't come here to dine, you come to spend the evening.
